A medium-bodied chardonnay with bright acidity and fantastic complexity. Ripe pineapple, citrus zest, lemon meringue, and lots of fresh flowers on the nose. Swirl this one in the glass for a few moments and take in all the aromas before sipping. On the palate you’ll find tropical fruit notes of pineapple, passion fruit and white peach, followed by slight oaky notes and a hint of warm vanilla on the finish.

Most chardonnays like to be paired with cream based sauces and lighter fare, like roasted chicken and shellfish dishes. Due to the lighter oak notes on this one it has a wider range of pairing options and won’t overpower. Don’t be afraid to pair with a little more delicate dishes, like halibut… or a plate of tater tots, because who doesn’t like tater tots.
This is the chardonnay for those who like a little lighter and leaner chardonnay with more pronounced fruit notes, the butter and oak take a back seat on this one.
